Martina & Joerg carefully accompany the winemaking process and work out the unique character of the respective grapes in the wine, so that the result reflects the origin of the wine variety.

All wines are fermented spontaneously so that the natural style is not lost in the process of wine making. The necessary yeast sits on the grape skins in a unique composition, thereby creating an exclusive specimen with each fermentation.

For the subsequent aging and maturation, wooden barrels are used almost exclusively - for the white wines as well. Every step of the winemaking process, from the vineyard to the bottle, is carried out with meticulous attention to detail.
